Welcome to Toombul DCC Juniors' Site
Toombul District Cricket Club - Junior Division provides opportunities for young cricketers of all levels of the game from 6 to 17 years of age. The junior division is a family orientated organisation whose three tenets are:

Fun - first and foremost all players should enjoy the game of cricket

Participation - all players are to be given an equal level of participation

Learning - coaches are to ensure that players are being taught correct and accurate techniques
The 2009/2010 season saw the junior division field 30 teams in the Brisbane North Junior Cricket Association competition. There are both full season and half season competitions to cater for players who wish to compete in weekend school competitions. All players get a cap, cricket shirt, team photo and participation medal or trophy.
For the 2010/2011 we need to finalise teams by 10 September, with the first game commencing on 9 October 2010.
As with most junior sporting clubs, we are always looking for volunteers - no experience is required.
A preseason Coaches and Managers meeting will be held on Monday 5th October at 6.30pm at the Clubhouse at Oxenham Park Nundah. The Agenda is as follows:
- Team kits to be distributed, with scorebooks.
- Shirts will be distributed on the night. It's envsioned that these will be team boxes along with other material
- A presentation on the Rules will also be given.
- Information on team and individual statistics requirements will be covered
- Information on the club coach, scoring, club objectives and philosophy, as well as other general matters will also be covered.
