Refund Policy

HOW TO CLAIM A REFUND

Once it's determined that you are eligable for a refund you need to follow the following steps.

Step 1

Take a photocopy of your ticket/s for your records and retain until you receive your refund.

Step 2

For ticket/s purchased from a Ticketmaster outlet

Patrons who purchased their ticket/s from a Ticketmaster outlet can obtain a refund from the outlet of purchase only. (not before three working days after the scheduled conclusion of the match).

Ticket/s purchased via credit card will be refunded back to the credit card only, i.e. patrons who purchased ticket/s via a credit card will not receive a cash refund.

You have 30 days after the scheduled conclusion of the match to make your refund claim.

NOTE: Tickets purchased as part of the Test Match Pass (all 5 days) or 3 Pack or part of a Group Booking a ticket refund can only be processed by mail, please follow the instructions below.

For ticket/s purchased via the phone, internet, mail, fax or at the gate

Patrons who purchased ticket/s by phone, internet, mail, fax or at the gate you are required to mail your ticket/s and contact details to:

Step 3

Refunds via mail can take up to four(4) weeks.

A $2.50 refund handling fee applies to all refunds and will be deducted from you refund - i.e. if you paid $47.50 for your ticket you will receive a refunds of $45.00.

HOW TO EXCHANGE A TICKET

To exchange a ticket, take you ticket to any Ticketmaster outlet and you will be able to exchange your ticket for another match (played at the Gabba). Ticket will be of equal of lesser value, should you wish to upgrade your ticket you need only pay the difference.

General Conditions

Patrons must present their original ticket in order to receive a refund or exchange.

The exchange will be for a ticket for the same value as the original ticket purchased.

Patrons have the option to upgrade their ticket but will be required to pay the difference in price.

Patrons wishing to downgrade their ticket may do so at their own expense - the difference in price will not be refunded.

Exchanges are subject to availability of tickets for the selected match.

Allocation of the same seat is not guaranteed.

Note: There are no refunds or exchanges on complimentry or zero dollar value tickets.
