OPINIONS DIVIDED ON HEAT |

There was an even spread of opinion about where the Brisbane Heat will finish the KFC T20 Big Bash League in 2012-2013. More than half of our readers think the Heat will finish in the top four, with the largest percentage (36%) agreeing with most newspaper experts who predicted the team to finish third or fourth. An optimistic 28% had the Heat finishing top two, which looks long odds entering Round 6 with the Heat (2-3) two games behind the leaders with three games to play. A quarter of responses believed the Heat would finish in a similar position to last year, around the 5th-6th mark, which is where they are currently placed. A mere 12% thinks the team will finish in the bottom two, which is also still a possibility with the Heat level on wins with the seventh-placed Sydney Sixers. |
