FEMALES IN CRICKET
Queensland Cricket is firmly of the belief that cricket is not just a game for males ... it can and should be played by females, too.
QC is proud to offer a clearly-defined player pathway for girls of all ages wanting to play the national summer game.
From the junior ranks, young girls statewide can progress all the way through to the Konica Minolta Queensland Fire, the flagship team for women's cricket in Queensland that plays in the Women's National Cricket League.
Along the way there is also organised junior competition called the Melissa Bulow Cricket Cup (U15s), plus the grade competition, sponsored by Konica Minolta. This includes first grade and second grade.
