First Innings was an innovative, all-round cricket resource for junior coaches, teachers, and young players designed in 2007 to develop both their cricket skills, and their enjoyment and understanding of the game. This online coaching manual was formulated by Queensland Cricket’s top coaches and development managers at the time and features a huge array of exercises and tips from XXXX GOLD Bulls and Konica Minolta Fire players.
