The Good Sports Program is a national initiative of the Australian Drug Foundation.

The program works with community based sports club to promote the responsible management of alcohol in order to reduce alcohol problems, increase the viability of sporting clubs, and make clubs safer and healthier.

The program has the support of Queensland Cricket.

Clubs have found benefits from being involved in the Good Sports Program, including an enhanced family atmosphere, increased membership and attendances, improved relationships with other community organizations, the creation of new income sources, reduced problems from alcohol misuse, and a reduced risk of litigation.
