2015-16 was another standout season for my Foot Dr Queensland Bulls and Brisbane Heat batsman Chris Lynn. After an early season injury that saw him ruled out of the Matador Cup, Lynn took the Big Bash League by storm where he was named Player of the Tournament where he carved out 378 runs at a strike rate of 173, including a maiden T20 century! His outstanding form saw him rewarded with a call-up to Australia's T20 side, while he has also enjoyed stints in the Indian Premier League and Caribbean Premier League. Lynn was a key member of the Heat side that won the BBL|02 title, and also featured in the My Foot Dr Queensland Bulls team that took out the Sheffield Shield in 2011-12. As a youngster, he was up for all sports, playing AFL, rugby league and rugby union, while his promise in cricket saw his Dad Col, a former Australian water polo representative, turn backyard blitzer to build a net in the yard at the family home.
