Bulls Eye One Dayer
The Queensland Bulls will hope for clear skies on Sunday as they gear-up for a crucial Marsh One Day Cup clash with South Australia at Allan Border Field.
Brisbane’s big wet and ensuring drying out period have played havoc with the Bulls playing schedule, having two Marsh Sheffield Shield and a One Day Cup game drawn or abandoned during the past fortnight.
Queensland currently sit on top of the Shield ladder, after the first class match against the Redbacks at Ian Healy Oval was abandoned without a ball being bowled earlier today.
The Bulls are in third spot on the Marsh One Day Cup ladder, with 10 points from three matches, a point behind Western Australia which has 11 points from four games.
Queensland has retained allrounder James Bazley, who was in line to make his State one-day debut in the washed-out game against Victoria last week and added paceman Brendan Doggett to their 13-man squad.
Allrounder Jack Wildermuth has recovered from a mild quad strain and returns to the squad.
Paceman Mark Stekee will miss the game with a minor side injury.
The match will be live-streamed on Kayo and cricket.com.au from 10am Qld time.
Admission is free for the One Day game.
