Neser was overlooked for a spot in the starting team for the First Domain Test match against Pakistan that started today at the Gabba and has been released to play for Queensland in the limited overs decider.

Cutting’s availability will be determined by the progress of his team in the T10 tournament in Abu Dhabi that is currently underway.

However, his Queensland and Brisbane Heat teammate Chris Lynn will not be available as the team he plays for in the T10 series remains in contention for the Finals next week.

Left-handed batsman Sam Heazlett, who scored 278 runs at 69.50 from the first four games before breaking a finger, has also been named.

Heazlett will test his recovery on Saturday for Redlands in the Queensland Premier Cricket competition.

The Bulls squad will be finalized closer to Tuesday’s Final against WA.

Queensland captain Usman Khawaja leads the way in batting for the Bulls, with 372 runs at an average of 93.0, with Test batsman Marnus Labuschagne not far behind with 364 runs at 60.66.

Queensland has also announced its squad for next week’s Marsh Sheffield Shield match against Tasmania at Blundstone Arena.

There are three changes to the team that defeated Victoria at the MCG last week, with pacemen Billy Stanlake and Xavier Bartlett and Heazlett coming into the squad in place of Nathan McSweeney, Blake Edwards and Marnus Labuschagne.
