The Fire's bowlers again did the job after a dominate display against South Australia on Sunday, bowling Tasmania out for 137 in 47.3 overs.
Australian all-rounders Jess Jonassen and Delissa Kimmince each took three wickets, with support coming from Jemma Barsby (2-18), Kara Sutherland (1-8) and Sammy Jo-Johnson (1-17).
In reply the Fire's opening pair of Beth Mooney (47) and Kirby Short (54) combined for a 110-run opening stand to all but ensure a Queensland win.
Having started the WNCL with two straight losses, Queensland has rocketed up to second on the competition ladder thanks to two convincing victories in the last three days that has seen the team accrue three bonus points.
