The cafe will re-open as the Keepers Cafe and Bar - a nod to the great men and women who have stood behind the stumps wearing the maroon cap.
The list of Queensland wicket-keepers features legends of the game across generations, including Ian Healy, Jodie Fields, Wade Seccombe, Chris Hartley, Wally Grout, Don Tallon, Katherine Raymont and Beth Mooney.
The Keepers Cafe and Bar is found at QC's Allan Border Field headquarters on Chappell St in Albion and will be open weekdays from 7am - 2pm plus match days on weekends.
Operated by the Queensland Cricketers' Club, the cafe's menu will include great coffee, healthy and tasty meals and gold beer on tap.
The daily breakfast menu features wraps, muesli and croissants, while lunch includes salads, sandwiches and stews.
The cafe will officially open from Monday March 9.
