Following Cyclone Debbie, Proserpine were a beneficiary from Round 6 of the State Government's Get Playing Spaces and Places grant.
With $27,000 coming from the grant, PCA replaced damaged fences and practice nets, while a white picket fence now features at the facility's main ground.
The Proserpine facility is utilised by over 200 players throughout the summer, particularly among junior members where the association has enjoyed substantial growth. PCA had 130 junior participants in 2018-19 across Junior Blaster, Master Blaster and Junior Cricket programs, up from 90 two seasons ago.
