George ripped through the Tigers 2nd XI batting line-up in their second innings to help dismiss the home side for 230, setting the QAS 167 to win outright.
George, who made his return to the Queensland Bulls team in the opening JLT Sheffield Shield match of the season after missing more than 12 months due to injury, claimed 6-21 from 15.3 overs as he and left-arm spinner Matthew Kuhnemann (4-72) took all 10 wickets between them.
The QAS then looked Sandgate-Redcliffe's rookie Bulls contracted batsman Bryce Street to steer them to the win after early wickets caused a few anxious moments.
Street finished unbeaten on 89 as he and first innings century-maker Corey Hunter (35) took the visitors to 4-168 and victory.
The win moves the QAS into third spot after two games.
