The Schools T20 Challenge Finals will feature boys and girls intermediate and open divisions after the competition started with 180 schools in January.
Ignatius Park College from Townsville will be hoping home town advantage can help them over the line on Tuesday when they face Brisbane State High School in the Intermediate Boys Final before they play Brisbane's Nudgee College in the Open Boys Final.
Ignatius Park will be seeking to claim back-to-back titles in both divisions after they won the Intermediate and Open Boys championships last year.
Wednesday will see Mercy College take on Boonah State High School in the Intermediate Girls Final, while Kirwan State High School face Fairholme College in the Open Girls Final.
The success and standard of last year's competition prompted the Open Girls Final to be launched in 2019.
This also the first year that StreetSmarts have come on board as a sponsor of the School T20 Challenge. StreetSmarts is a road safety initiative run by the State Government that provides students with tips and tools to be safer on Queensland's roads.
The StreetsSmarts School T20 Challenge has been a key driver in the ongoing growth of female cricket across Queensland with the competition acting as a good transition board for school to club cricket.
