The duo, Queensland’s highest ranked umpires, will conduct umpire training and development on Sunday as well as officiate in matches in the opening round of the T20 competition which enters its second year this season.
Former CA National Panel Umpire Damien Mealey will also take part in training and officiating, which will see the three visitors paired with local umpires for the DDBBL matches.
Oxenford, a former Queensland first class spinner, has been a member of the ICC Elite Umpiring Panel since 2012 and has umpired 58 Tests, 96 One Day Internationals and 20 T20 Internationals.
Koch, who played first class cricket in South Africa and began his umpiring career in England, made his One Day International debut last season.
Both umpires will be in action tomorrow in the second round of the Kookaburra One Day competition in the Bulls Masters First Grade.
The training on Sunday will take place at Captain Cook Oval between 10.15am and 12.00pm and will be a practical session covering field craft, positioning, updated playing conditions and laws with local umpires.
The opening round of the Bush Bash League will get underway from 2pm.
The four-round competition will play games at Gatton, Highfields Sports Park and Toowoomba Grammar School and culminate in a semi-final round on 13 October and Final on 18 October.
