Coaching is a great way of keeping involved in the game you love and supporting your local club

Queensland Cricket offers a number of coaching courses throughout the state to suit beginners, club coaches, regional coaches all the way through to pathway and state coaches. 

We also provide a number of designated female courses and online opportunities for teachers looking for professional development. 

Queensland Cricket also provides a number of opportunities including Masterclasses and Workshops with a range of topics covered by High Performance coaches, Coach and Talent Development Specialists and ACA Past Players.

Queensland Cricket's indigenous artwork was collaboratively designed by Queensland Fire player and proud Kunja woman Mikayla Hinkley and Brisbane Indigenous artist, Delores McDonald (“Aunty Delly”).

The centre circle represents the Gabba, alongside other water holes which used to be near the ground. 87 black strokes on red earth represent the wickets taken by Aboriginal great, Eddie Gilbert who played 23 games for Queensland.
