The Queensland Bulls will welcome back allrounder Jack Wildermuth from injury and offer young paceman Tom Whitney the chance to make his initial appearance of the season in tomorrow’s One Day Cup clash with NSW.
Bulls Into One Day Mode
Wildermuth is returning from a hamstring complaint that saw him miss last week’s Sheffield Shield draw with the Blues at the Gabba.
Whitney had a delayed start to the season following off-season ankle surgery and successfully returned last month in the KFC Queensland Premier Cricket competition for Western Suburbs.
Australian paceman Xavier Bartlett remains on T20 International duties while fellow quicks Michael Neser (management), Gurinder Sandhu (hamstring) and Mark Steketee (hamstring) were unavailable for selection.
Tomorrow’s One Day Cup match is at Cricket Central and starts at 9am Qld time.
Queensland (2-2) can jump into second spot with a win over NSW (2-2) with Tasmania undefeated on top of the ladder after four matches.
The match will be broadcast on Foxtel and streamed live on Kayo, cricket.com.au and through the CricketLive App.
