Mikayla Wrigley is a right-handed batter and wicketkeeper from the Sunshine Coast who earned her first Queensland Fire contract ahead of the 2024–25 WNCL season. A standout in Premier Cricket, she won back-to-back Kath Smith Medals as Queensland Premier Cricket Female Player of the Year and was named Queensland Country Player of the Year in 2023. Wrigley captained the Queensland Women’s Country team to an undefeated national title and was selected in the Australian Team of the Tournament. She made her WNCL debut in the 2024–25 season and was also signed by the Brisbane Heat for WBBL|10.
