Batter
Angus Lovell is a right-handed top-order batter who joined the Queensland Bulls ahead of the 2024–25 season. Originally from the Isle of Wight, he grew up on the Sunshine Coast and captained Queensland at Under-17 level, earning Player of the Tournament honours. Lovell impressed in Queensland’s Second XI, scoring a double century, before making his Sheffield Shield debut in 2024 and posting his maiden first-class hundred against New South Wales.
