Batter
Max Bryant is a powerful right-handed opening batter known for his aggressive stroke play and ability to dominate the powerplay. Born in Murwillumbah, New South Wales, and raised in Kingscliff, he progressed through Queensland's cricket pathways, making his first-grade debut for the Gold Coast Dolphins at just 16. A dual-sport athlete in his youth, Bryant chose cricket over a rugby league development contract to focus on his batting career. He made his List A debut for Cricket Australia XI in 2017 and joined the Brisbane Heat in the 2018–19 Big Bash League season. A key figure in the Heat's BBL|13 championship-winning campaign, Bryant has amassed over 1,500 T20 runs at a strike rate nearing 140. His explosive 72 off 35 balls against the Sydney Thunder in January 2025 showcased his match-winning capabilities. As the third-highest run-scorer in Brisbane Heat history, Bryant continues to be a vital asset at the top of the order.

Queensland Cricket's indigenous artwork was collaboratively designed by Queensland Fire player and proud Kunja woman Mikayla Hinkley and Brisbane Indigenous artist, Delores McDonald (“Aunty Delly”).
The centre circle represents the Gabba, alongside other water holes which used to be near the ground. 87 black strokes on red earth represent the wickets taken by Aboriginal great, Eddie Gilbert who played 23 games for Queensland.
