Queensland Cricket is pleased to announce the renewal of its partnership with FrogBox, continuing their shared mission to make cricket more accessible, engaging, and connected.
Partnership Extended: Queensland Cricket & FrogBox
The agreement extends their collaboration for the 2025/26 and 2026/27 seasons, with FrogBox remaining the Official Streaming Partner of KFC Queensland Premier Cricket.
The partnership began in the 2019/20 season when FrogBox’s innovative automated streaming technology was trialled across all men’s and women’s 1st grade games. Following the successful trial, Queensland Cricket signed an initial two-year agreement starting in 2020/21. Ahead of the 2022/23 season, the partnership was extended for three more years, and now, building on this momentum, it has been renewed for a further two-year term.
Since 2019, Queensland Cricket and FrogBox have empowered clubs to grow their profiles through engaging, social media focused content, aligned with the Strong Clubs pillar of the Queensland Premier Cricket strategy. The partnership has also helped elevate the KFC T20 Max competition.
Queensland Cricket Head of Elite Cricket Operations, Nick Stuart, said,
"This partnership is delivering real, measurable benefits. It’s enabling clubs to grow their supporter base and commercial opportunities while giving players a platform to showcase their talents. Live streaming has become a vital part of how we connect fans with the game, and we’re excited to continue working with FrogBox to build on this success."
FrogBox Head of Commercial Operations, Zac Goodchild, added,
"Premier Cricket is a vital link between grassroots and elite cricket. Our partnership with Queensland Cricket allows us to bring emerging talent to a wider audience, increase fan engagement, and create new commercial opportunities. We’re proud to support Queensland Cricket’s vision and help grow the game."
The KFC Queensland Premier Cricket season kicks off in mid-August, beginning with the three-week KFC T20 Max competition.
