Player Story

Lucinda Bourke is a left-handed batter and right-arm medium pacer from Warwick, Queensland. A product of Queensland's junior pathways, she earned her first state selection at age 10 and progressed through the underage ranks from 2018 to 2023. In 2024, Bourke was selected for the Australian Under-19 squad and received her maiden Queensland Fire contract for the 2024–25 WNCL season. She also joined the Brisbane Heat for the 2024–25 WBBL season. A dual-sport athlete, Bourke represented Australia in Rugby Sevens, winning gold at the 2023 Youth Commonwealth Games. At the club level, she has been instrumental in Valley District Cricket Club's success, contributing to two Katherine Raymont Shield premierships.
